Nothing on this website guarantees that:

• A provider will be credentialed

• A payer will approve enrollment

• A payer will complete processing within a particular timeframe

• A provider will receive a particular effective date

• An application will be approved by any third-party organization

Credentialing and enrollment decisions are made by the applicable payer, healthcare organization, government agency, licensing authority, credentialing organization, or other third party.

Real Estate Transaction Coordination

Real estate transaction coordination services are administrative support services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, TC Operations and Design, LLC does not act as a real estate broker, real estate agent, attorney, lender, title company, escrow company, home inspector, tax professional, or other licensed professional in connection with transaction coordination services.

Real estate decisions and responsibilities remain with the applicable licensed real estate professionals and transaction participants.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide timely and accurate services, TC Operations and Design, LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, approval, transaction result, credentialing decision, enrollment result, closing date, processing timeframe, or third-party response.

Third-party organizations, systems, service providers, government agencies, payers, real estate professionals, lenders, title companies, and other parties operate independently of TC Operations and Design, LLC.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website at any time.
